Charges are made for apartments and daily

Booking and cancellations conditions:

In order to confirm a reservation, the first night should be paid in advance (upon reservation).

Booking cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance otherwise the first night will be charged.

Daily Rates

Studio	1-2 people	From 60 USD daily + VAT
Loft	1-2 people	From 80 USD daily + VAT
Two Bedrooms Apartments	1-6 people	From 110 USD daily + VAT
Duplex	1-6 people	From 140 USD daily + VAT

(VAT= 19%)
*Foreign passengers do not pay VAT by showing passport photocopy and immigration card (Chile).
Minimum stay, 2 days.

All expenses and services are included:

T.V. cable
Wi-Fi Internet connexion
Cleaning once a week (stays longer to 5 days)
24hrs. security service (closed-circuit television)

Optional Services :

Daily cleaning service available: cost per day: USD 10.
Laundry service on demand: cost per load = USD 10 (wash and dry)
Continental breakfast service (served in the apartment): USD 8
Prepaid cell phone service available
Additional and cradles (Cot) available under request

Medium and long stay rental :

We also offer special rates for weekly and monthly stay. Please ask for extended stays and we will send our best offer. All our apartments all completely equipped and decorated, services all included.
